What you get at every level
- A responsive design for desktop, tablet and mobile, adapted to your brand or designed from scratch at higher levels.
- Technical SEO foundations: clean markup, metadata, sitemap and search console setup on your own accounts. No ranking guarantees.
- The first 6 months of managed static hosting for eligible static websites.
- Two revision rounds (Launch, Business) or three (Growth, Signature Immersive), each one consolidated set of feedback.
- A 30-day post-launch period for fixing defects in the delivered scope.
Hiring a remote web studio: what to check before you commit
Working with a studio in another country is straightforward when the terms are written down. Whoever you hire, check that you get:
- A written scope and quotation listing pages, features, revision rounds, exclusions, price, currency and timeline.
- Milestone payments rather than 100% up front. Black Track uses 50% to start, 40% at staging review and 10% before launch.
- Ownership in your name: the domain, hosting and analytics accounts should belong to you, with a documented handover.
- A staging link so you can review the real site before it goes live.
- A clear communication plan: who you talk to, through which channel, and when calls happen across time zones.
Black Track is based in India and works remotely with clients internationally. Most feedback is written, so it works asynchronously, and calls are scheduled at a time that suits both sides.
Costs to budget for besides the build fee
- Domain name: billed separately at your registrar's price, in your own account.
- Hosting: 6 months included for eligible static sites, then $12 per year for hosting and basic deployment administration.
- Taxes and payment charges: your quotation states the payment method, applicable taxes and any separately agreed payment-processing charges.
- Changes after launch: content updates, new features and maintenance are charged separately.
Frequently asked questions
How do I pay from outside India?
Your written quotation specifies the payment method, the agreed price in USD, applicable taxes and any separately agreed payment-processing charges. We do not take payments through the website.
Are your international prices converted from rupees?
No. International prices are a separate US dollar price list set for remote international projects. They do not change with exchange rates.
What if I need e-commerce, bookings or logins?
Those need a backend, so they are outside the fixed packages and quoted separately after a short discovery conversation.
Do I own the code and the domain?
Yes. The domain stays in your own registrar account wherever possible, and the agreed website deliverables are handed over to you after the final payment.
