  • Performance and cross-browser checks appropriate to the package
  • Handover of the agreed website deliverables after final payment
  • First 6 months of managed static hosting for eligible static sites

Domain, hosting & renewals

  • You own and control your domain registrar account wherever possible
  • Domain registration and renewal are billed separately at the registrar's current price
  • After 6 months, managed static hosting renews annually at the rate for your market. It includes eligible static website hosting and basic deployment administration; domain renewals, content updates, new features and ongoing maintenance are charged separately
  • Paid hosting, media, form, analytics, email or other external services are extra and approved in advance
  • Prefer to manage hosting yourself? We provide a documented handover route

Content & assets

  • You supply final copy, logo, contact details and brand assets unless copywriting or production is quoted separately
  • We use original, properly licensed, commercially permitted or client-provided assets only
  • Stock, font, video, music and 3D licence fees are excluded unless your quotation says otherwise

Revisions & changes

  • A revision round is one consolidated feedback list on the agreed design
  • It is not a new page, a new feature or a change of approved direction
  • New pages, features, integrations and out-of-scope requests are quoted before work begins
  • 30-day post-launch defect-fix period for issues within the delivered scope; new features and changes outside the specification are chargeable

Delivery timeline

  • Timelines start after the advance payment, written scope approval and all required content and assets
  • Delayed content or feedback, third-party outages or scope changes can move the launch date

Payment milestones

  1. 50% booking advance to start
  2. 40% when the staging site is ready for review
  3. 10% before production launch and handover

These are proposed milestones; the actual terms are stated in your written quotation. India projects are quoted in INR and international projects in USD, with applicable taxes shown in the quotation.

Outside the fixed packages

E-commerce stores, payment gateways and checkout, booking engines, memberships, logins, admin dashboards, CMS implementations, custom databases, API integrations, multi-language sites, CRM/ERP integrations, custom applications, ongoing SEO, content retainers and substantial video or 3D production are quoted separately.

Why are there separate India and International prices?

We keep two price lists, each set for its market. They are not exchange-rate conversions of each other, and they do not change with currency rates. Choose India · INR if your business is based in India, or International · USD if it is based elsewhere. Your written quotation confirms the price and currency.

Which package is right for me?

Launch suits a new business that needs a credible presence in up to 3 pages. Business adds up to 5 pages and an enquiry form for established small businesses. Growth (recommended) adds a bespoke design system, a showcase module and scroll animation across up to 8 pages. Signature Immersive is for brands where motion-led storytelling and a bounded 3D section are part of the value. Prices are on the India and International pages. Not sure? Choose "Not sure yet" in the form and we will recommend one.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Extra pages, features or a move to a higher package are treated as a change request and quoted before any work begins.

Do you build e-commerce?

Not within the fixed packages. E-commerce stores, payment gateways and checkout workflows need a custom quotation after discovery.

Who owns the domain and code?

You own and control your domain registrar account wherever possible. The agreed website deliverables are handed over to you after the final payment.

What happens after six months?

Managed static hosting renews annually for a qualifying static site, at the rate shown on your market's pricing page. It includes eligible static website hosting and basic deployment administration; domain renewals, content updates, new features and ongoing maintenance are charged separately. If you prefer to manage hosting yourself, we provide a documented handover route.

Are SEO rankings guaranteed?

No. Every package includes technical SEO foundations and Search Console setup assistance, but no one can honestly guarantee indexing, rankings, leads or sales.

Can you quote something custom?

Yes. Anything outside the fixed packages — e-commerce, bookings, logins, CMS, integrations, multi-language or substantial 3D — gets its own discovery and quotation. Use "Request a custom quote" to start.

What do I need to provide?

Final copy, logo, contact details and brand assets, unless copywriting or production is quoted separately. Timelines start once these, the advance and written scope approval are in.

Do I need a static site or one with a backend?

Most business websites work well as fast static sites, which is what the packages cover. Logins, stored data, bookings or payments need a backend and are quoted separately.
